IT Technical Coordinator
n Location: Sydney (Adaptable Working)
n Contract: Initial 6-month contract
n Rate: Up to $680 per day incl. super

About the Role

n

We're looking for an experienced IT Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of enterprise technology projects and infrastructure deployments across multiple sites. You'll work closely with Project Managers, technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate IT infrastructure and technology deployments.
n
- Support project planning, scheduling and delivery.
n
- Manage IT Change, Release activities.
n
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors and contractors.
n
- Monitor project progress, risks and issues.
n
- Assist with implementation planning and technical issue resolution.
n

About You

n

You'll bring:

n

n




- Experience coordinating enterprise IT or infrastructure projects.
n
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, connectivity and end-user technology.
n
- Experience with ITIL processes, including Change and Incident Management.
n
- Exposure to Jira, MS Project or similar project management tools.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- Experience working across multiple technical teams and suppliers.
n

Desirable

n

n
- Experience within large enterprise or retail environments.
n
- White Card (advantageous).
n
- Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile or PMBOK are highly regarded.
