Talent Acquisition is a key part of any business. Due to the next stage of a volume recruitment project being underway, our P&C; team is under the pump and looking for an experienced recruiter to help lighten the load.

Your primary focus will be trade recruitment and you will be involved from writing adds, screening, interviewing and moving to letters of offer.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage recruitment efforts for blue-collar roles across Australia.
n
- Conduct phone screening and face to face interviews
n
- Conduct reference and compliance checks
n
- Collaborate with the broader People and Culture team and trade managers on all things recruitment
n

n

About You

n

To succeed in this role, you should have:

n

n
- A minimum of 3-5 years of high-volume talent acquisition
n




- Understanding of EEO principles ,legislation and market rates
n
- Strong recruitment skills with the ability to engage and attract top talent.
n
- ( Blue collar advantage but not mandatory )
n
- Excellent communication skills and a personable, engaging demeanour.
n
- Empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure.
n
- Experience with HRIS systems, LinkedIn recruiter and SEEK
n
- You are a team player and can multitask
n

This is contract position but may consider a permanent chance for the right candidate.
