Westpac Group is seeking an Executive Manager, Risk Management, Divisional Business Controls & Monitoring (BCM) based in Sydney. You will lead a team of risk professionals, strengthen risk identification, treatment and governance across WIB and the division, and partner with senior leaders to deliver practical, high-impact risk outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Conduct Risk and Governance, you will drive risk reviews, support audit activities, and guide creative tech-enabled improvements
