We're partnering with two leading organisations across Retail and Infrastructure to appoint Senior FP&A; Managers in Sydney.

These are commercially focused, high-visibility roles, where the analysis you produce genuinely shapes where the business puts its money.

The Role

- Own the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycle
- Build and improve the financial models the business actually runs on
- Deliver board and executive reporting with insight, not just numbers
- Partner with commercial and operational leaders on performance and cost
- Support scenario analysis, investment cases and margin improvement work
- Support reporting tools, systems and data quality
- Lead,



coach and develop a team of 2-4 analysts

What We’re Looking For

- Strong modelling and analytical skills, and genuinely sharp in Excel
- Experience in large, complex or multi-entity organisations
- Able to turn a lot of messy data into a short, clear story
- Confident holding your own with senior non-finance stakeholders
- Exposure to contemporary planning and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, OneStream, Anaplan or similar)
- Retail / Infrastructure sector knowledge beneficial
