What you'll do
- Command ATR 42 operations with full accountability for safety, compliance, and punctuality.
- Lead and mentor the crew, fostering solid CRM, clear communication, and a just culture.
- Plan and conduct flights in accordance with company SOPs, operational manuals, and regulatory requirements.
- Complete rigorous preflight preparation: weather, performance, fuel planning, and weight-and-balance.
- Exercise sound judgment and manage threats and errors in dynamic operating environments.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and post‑flight debriefs to support continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
- Current ATR 42 type rating.
- Unrestricted ATPL issued by CASA, EASA,
FAA, or an ICAO member state.
- Valid Class 1 medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or above.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC.
- Current Police Check.
- A relevant degree and/or five years of relevant aviation experience.
- At least one year of employment as flight crew.
- Access to a computer or device capable of viewing the company Operations Manual Suite (PDF format).
- Proven leadership, decision‑making, and safety‑first mindset.
