i2 Group, a Harris Computer company, is seeking a Director, APAC Sales on a full-time, permanent, remote basis, with frequent travel predominantly across Australia (approximately 50%). The Director, APAC Sales will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer and partner relationships across the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished sales leader to help shape the future growth of i2 while influencing customers, partners, and stakeholders through strategic sales and business development activities. The successful candidate will combine regional sales leadership with direct involvement in key customer, partner and business development opportunities. They will work closely with customers, distributors, partners, and internal teams to identify growth opportunities, execute strategic sales initiatives, and ensure regional revenue objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Team Leadership Build, lead, and mentor a sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, high-performance, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure consistent growth and development.
- Sales Strategy and Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for APAC, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives. Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Sales Target Achievement Take ownership of revenue targets and drive the sales team to meet sales goals. Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and take corrective actions as necessary to stay on track.
- Customer Engagement Leverage your experience, networks, and industry knowledge to drive business growth. Maintain direct ownership of selected strategic customer, partner and government relationships.
- Sales Operations and Forecasting Manage sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to optimize sales performance. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Sales Enablement Implement effective sales enablement programs, training, and tools to empower the sales team to excel in their roles.

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience leading high-performing software sales teams with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong experience developing and executing strategic sales plans within complex enterprise software environments.
- Experience selling enterprise software solutions to government, defense, national security, intelligence, law enforcement,



or related public sector organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and develop customer, partner, and distributor relationships across diverse markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Experience analysing sales performance data and using insights to drive business decisions and performance improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value and building long-term relationships.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the APAC region.

Desirable Qualifications

- Established network and experience working within APAC government, defense, intelligence, law enforcement, or national security markets.
- Experience working with intelligence analysis, investigative, analytics, or related technology solutions.
- Experience building and executing channel, reseller, and strategic partner programmes.
- Experience managing complex, multi-country sales operations across the Asia Pacific region.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
