Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Retail, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Retail to lead Paspaley's boutique network and retail operations, driving commercial performance while delivering world-class client experiences across all retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the retail strategy across Paspaley's boutique network and e-Boutique.
- Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and commercial outcomes across all retail channels.
- Champion an exceptional client experience that reflects Paspaley's luxury brand standards.
- Oversee retail operations and strategic store projects.
- Lead, coach and develop high-performing retail leaders and teams.
- Drive client acquisition, client engagement, and initiatives.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration across the retail network.

About You

- Senior leadership experience within luxury, premium retail, or client-centric businesses.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales growth and performance.
