About the role

At Eureka Furniture, we're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and developing future Store Leaders. We're looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. You will receive hands-on training across all areas of the business, including team leadership, operations, and customer service.

n

You'll lead by example, support and upskill your team through ongoing training, and create a positive, energetic setting where customers love to shop and teammates love to work. Driving the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while smashing sales targets and KPIs.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Training to lead and oversee daily store operations including sales, customer service, and inventory
n
- Training to drive sales performance and implementing strategies to grow results and profitability
n
- Training to recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team to perform at their best
n




- Creating outstanding customer experiences that keep people coming back
n
- Training to manage stock levels, ordering products, and maintaining strong inventory control
n
- Training to oversee store budgets and expenses to meet financial targetsMaintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store that reflects brand standards
n
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
n
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements
n

What We're Looking For

- Strong sales focus with a track record of achieving (and exceeding) targets
n
- A passion for customer service and relationship building
n
- Experience with inventory management and budgeting
n
- Flexibility to work across weekends and peak retail periods
n
