Hi-Tec Oils is a well-established manufacturing company based in Altona. We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Administration Officer & Sales Support to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

n

This role is varied and will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Processing daily invoicing and data entry
n
- Entering customer orders and generating back orders
n
- Following up overdue customer accounts and overdue orders
n
- Maintaining sales registers and customer records
n
- Creating and processing stock transfers
n
- Generating daily driver runs and printing delivery paperwork
n
- Booking freight and coordinating deliveries
n
- Liaising with warehouse staff, drivers, customers, and sales representatives
n
- Providing customer service and support via phone and email
n




- Providing administrative support to sales and operations teams
n
- Assisting with reception and general office administration duties
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or internal sales support
n
- Valuable computer skills, ideally with MYOB EXO experience
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- The ability to multitask and work to deadlines
n
- A professional phone manner and strong communication skills
n
- A willingness to learn current systems and processes
n
- A reliable and team-focused attitude
n
