About the role

n

AJQ is seeking an experienced Senior Business Business Analyst to join our team on a 3 months contract basis, opportunity for an extension.

n

This is a strategic role designed to drive business transformation and digital innovation, and offers the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that shape the future direction of our clients business.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Conducting detailed analysis of current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement and digital transformation
n
- Designing future-state business models and operating structures that support strategic initiatives
n
- Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
n
- Evaluating the impact of proposed changes on business operations, organisational structure and employee capabilities
n
- Facilitating workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on business vision and strategy
n
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members in architectural thinking and methodology
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis or related strategic advisory roles
n
- Proven experience designing and implementing business transformation initiatives within large or complex organisations
n
- Strong understanding of business process modelling, capability mapping and organisational design principles
n




- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both business and technical audiences
n
- Ideally experience of operational model design - the components of a target operating model, how to capture accountabilities, understanding of process efficiency drivers.
n
- Someone that is confident running business design workshops, with a tool kit for approaching these sessions - strawman designs, current vs future vision, statements on the wall etc.
n
- Ideally experience in one of - correspondence and statements design (understanding the process and who the stakeholders are for sign-off), Product Disclosure Statements, Product Rules, investment models or financial operations
n
- Experience in financial services product design and delivery - working with Product Managers
n
- Business focused - aware of the tension between different companies launching to a shared outcome - financial, accountability, un-shared desired outcomes.
n
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Professional qualifications in Business Architecture, IT Service Management or related fields are highly desirable
n
