Job Description

We are currently seeking an LF Production Worker to join a well-established manufacturing facility in Welshpool. These positions offer competitive pay rates, a supportive team environment, and ongoing development opportunities.

About the Role

n

You will be working across various production and manufacturing areas, with the majority of positions based on the Boardline.

n

Key responsibilities may include:

n

n
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
n
- Using a counterbalance forklift to transport and store finished Gyprock board products
n
- Working within the laminating line, including trimming excess laminate from Gyprock board (full training provided)
n
- Supporting the cornice production line by handling and stacking finished products
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
n
- Following quality and safety procedures at all times
n

n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- A current LF Forklift Licence (entry-level operators encouraged to apply)
n
- Availability to work rotating day and night shifts
n
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks and remain on your feet for extended periods
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
- Positive attitude and ability to work within a team environment
n




- Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or similar industries is highly regarded but not essential
n

Shift Pattern

n

This role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster with both:

n

n
- Day Shift: 6:0 am to 6:0 pm
n
- Night Shift: 6:0 pm to 6:0 am
n

n

Roster rotation occurs across a 4-week cycle, including weekdays and weekends.

n

Candidates must be available to work both day and night shifts.

n

Pay Rates

n

n
- Day Shift: $42.95 per hour
n
- Night Shift: $49.82 per hour
n
- Saturday: $60.13 per hour
n
- Sunday: $77.31 per hour
n
