About the Role
n
As an Office Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Centre Directors, Management Team, and Head Office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
n

- Providing professional administrative support to Centre Directors and Management
n
- Managing data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
n
- Scanning, organising, and maintaining electronic records and documentation
n
- Assisting with general office administration and project support
n
- Responding to enquiries and maintaining effective communication across the organisation
n
- Providing administrative support across HR and payroll functions
n
- Undertaking additional administrative tasks as required
n
n
