Job Description

YWCA Australia is seeking a Case Manager for CASY House in Darwin to support young people experiencing homelessness with trauma-informed, holistic case management and advocacy.

n

You will develop and coordinate support plans, conduct assessments, connect clients with services, and work with Youth Workers to help youths achieve protected housing and independence.

n

This role offers a supportive, values-led team, salary packaging, career development, and relocation assistance for the Top End.
