Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager for our vibrant pub in Coffs Harbour NSW! The Coast HOTEL!

Supervise and manage day/nightly bar, gaming and kitchen operations

n

Your ability to train your team in TAB, Gaming, Bar, Cellar and FOH customer service need to be exemplary.

n

Lead a fantastic team, fostering a positive work setting and promoting exceptional customer service.

n

Stock and inventory control and accountability for all stocktaking

n

A keen eye for marketing initiatives and promotions, and following through all event handling and bookings

n

Diligence in cash handling and banking

n

Provide excellent customer service, handling customer enquiries,



and addressing concerns promptly and professionally

n

Enforce cleanliness and standards throughout the venue

n

Collaborate to identify areas for improvement, contribute ideas, and implement changes to enhance overall venue performance.

n

Valid RSA, RCG, TAB compliance

n

Proven experience in a similar role.

n

Strong leadership and communication skills.

n

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

n
