Job Description

Positions are open for HC truck drivers for the 2026 sugar crushing season. Starting now through to mid-December 2026.

Cane Transport and multi-lift trailer training provided in first week (see video below).

What you need:

n

n
- HC license with a minimum of three years' HC experience.
n
- Ability to workn n
- 8-hour or 12-hour shifts.
n
- Working Monday to Friday during crushing with rotating one day every second weekend.
n
- Rotating shift work (ability to work Day, Afternoon AND Night shifts on a rotating basis).
n
- Averages 11 shifts per fortnight crushing.
n
- 18-speed road ranger experience (manual) essential.
n
- Ability to accurately reverse a trailer essential.
n
- Follow procedures as trained.
n

Your pay:

- Base of $37.50 per hour
n
- Plus over-time and weekend penalty rates
n
- Plus shift allowance
n

n

We are looking for four reliable drivers who are willing to work in a team environment and earn positive money during the 2026 cane crushing season.

Rocky Point Sugar Mill is near Beenleigh, between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

n

Full training and support provided.

n
