The business spans the manufacture, installation and servicing of water systems, supporting a diverse customer base across residential, commercial, council, developer and infrastructure markets.

Now is the moment to help shape the next chapter of Taylex. With CRH’s global backing and growing demand for sustainable water treatment, management and reuse, the business has the platform, momentum and market relevance to accelerate its next phase of growth.

We are seeking an accomplished enterprise leader to take full ownership of the Taylex business and shape its next phase of growth. This is a genuine end-to-end leadership opportunity where you have the mandate for:

- Strategy, Growth and Portfolio Leadership - own the development and execution for the business strategy with a focus on new market, customer and portfolio opportunities
- Full Profit and Loss Accountability – drive all aspects of commercial performance and deliver the core financial metrics.
- Operations and Supply Chain Excellence – lead secure, efficient operations with a philosophy of continuous improvement. Manage capacity now and into the future whilst building stronger alignment between manufacturing, servicing, sales and customer delivery.
- Organisational capability – set the cultural tone of the business by living the values of People, Character,



Performance and Innovation. Build high high-performance teams ensuring we have the right capabilities to succeed now and into the future.
- Performance and Governance -drive, monitor and report on all key KPIs and ensure all business and compliance risks are well managed. Lead integration initiatives and partner with group functions in finance, HR, IT and procurement.
- Stakeholder Management – embrace the opportunity of influencing customers, suppliers, contractors, government, councils and industry bodies to enhance the reputation and opportunities for the business.

What you will bring

You’ll bring your energy and experience as a General Manager, COO, Business Unit Director or enterprise-level operational leader from a manufacturing, infrastructure, construction materials, industrial services, water, environmental or related sector.

You will bring:

- Proven ownership of a substantial P&L; and business performance agenda
- Experience leading a complex, multi-site or geographically dispersed business
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- A record of delivering growth, transformation and operational improvement
- The ability to lead across sales, operations, service, supply chain and technical functions
- Experience building leadership capability and creating a culture of accountability
- Confidence working with executive teams, major customers and external stakeholders
- The capacity to operate strategically while remaining connected to customers, sites and frontline performance
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, manufacturing, business, commerce or a related discipline
