- Manage property transactions from start to finish




- Advise on commercial sales, acquisitions and leasing
- Support business clients on property issues tied to commercial deals
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships
- Work alongside a junior lawyer, senior contractor and paralegal support
- Help drive growth across the property and commercial team

What you'll bring!

- Senior property law experience (5+ years PAE in private practice needed)
- Strong commercial property, sales and leasing capability
- Confidence handling clients directly
- Ability to work autonomously and keep matters moving
- Commercial, practical and solutions-focused advice style
