Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a senior leader to head Talent, Leadership & Capability. You will drive the enterprise talent agenda, shape workforce strategy, and lead Talent Acquisition and Training & Development functions to support Strategy 2030.
The role reports to the Chief People Officer and requires a strategic, cooperative leader who can translate business priorities into scalable workforce plans across a large, dispersed organisation.
