Current Era Technology is seeking a Senior Infrastructure and Voice Engineer to support secure, reliable infrastructure, networking, cloud, and UC/VoIP solutions. You will work with Service Delivery and Project teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and ensure client environments meet SLAs.
You will design and implement SIP-based telephony and cloud communication solutions, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to high-level technical designs and documentation.
