Fractional Business Development Lead – Australia & New Zealand (Remote)

Location: Australia (preferred), Onsite (preferred)

AtomAI is an AI‑powered agentic search and product discovery platform for enterprise fashion and lifestyle marketplaces & brands. We currently power AI search and discovery for large retailers across the UAE and India and are now expanding into the Australia and New Zealand market.

We are looking for a senior, well‑networked business development leader who can open doors, drive first meetings, and help close enterprise deals across ANZ.

This is a fractional, outcome‑driven role, ideal for someone operating at a leadership level who wants meaningful upside without a full‑time commitment.

Responsibilities

- Leverage an existing network across retail, e‑commerce, D2C, and marketplaces
- Lead first conversations and discovery calls
- Partner with AtomAI founders to run demos and close deals
- Support early GTM strategy and partnerships in the ANZ region

Ideal Profile

- 8+ years in retail, e‑commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, or digital transformation
- Strong CXO, VP,



and Director‑level relationships
- Experience selling AI, search, personalisation, or data platforms
- Commercially sharp, independent, and outcome‑focused
- Based in Australia or New Zealand

Compensation

- High commission per closed enterprise deal
- Optional retainer after early traction
- Potential long‑term revenue share or regional leadership role
