Our client is an Australian-owned company specialising in full-service design, project management and construction, delivering complex projects within some of Australia’s largest healthcare environments. Their primary focus is on quality and safety by engineering innovative infrastructure systems.

Position Overview:

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of electrical, mechanical and fit out aspects of the projects. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate project activities, manage resources, always ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities will include:

- Plan, manage and execute multiple projects in live healthcare environments, from site scoping through to commissioning, ensuring on time delivery within scope and budget.
- Maintain quality standards, conduct inspections and ensure regulatory compliance across all project phases.
- Manage project budgets, costings, milestone payments and project profitability analysis.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, fabrication partners and internal stakeholders,



ensuring all stakeholder requirements are met in a timely manner.

Qualifications and experience:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in project management or construction management within a live environment, such as healthcare, education or commercial building fit outs.
- Ability to review technical drawings and specifications, with experience using 3D modelling software being advantageous.
- Understanding of Australian building codes, engineering regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
