- Build CRM and lifecycle programs that guide fans from interest to renewal
- Grow the audience database in size and quality, keeping data clean and compliant
- Run attribution and testing that shapes real decisions

Who We're Looking For
You have worked in performance or digital marketing for a while and are comfortable owning a budget and a strategy, not just running campaigns someone else has planned.
- Experience leading paid media and agency relationships
- Comfortable with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Valuable grasp of attribution, testing and marketing analytics
- Experience growing a database while protecting data quality
- Confident presenting results and getting into campaign detail
And the non-negotiables - you back your decisions with data, you keep testing rather than repeating what worked last time, and you work well with other teams without needing to be chased.
