Role Description
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Manager to oversee complex urban development projects from design through to construction. This full-time role, based in Sydney, NSW, involves managing large-scale civil subdivision projects, ensuring governance, quality, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage civil subdivision projects from design to construction
- Ensure project governance, quality assurance, and timely delivery
- Oversee financial aspects, client liaison, and contract administration
- Resolve site and project issues with technical expertise
- Apply internal project management standards and procedures
- Support and mentor project personnel
- Maintain compliance with design codes, regulations, and Australian Standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through successful project delivery
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in urban development/land subdivision
- Experience within an engineering consultancy
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of relevant design codes, local authority guidelines, and Australian Standards
- Proven track record in similar roles with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes
