Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in developing enterprise backend applications using Java 11+/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security .
- Strong expertise in microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, event-driven architecture , and messaging platforms such as Kafka or IBM MQ .
- Solid experience with database design and data modelling , including PostgreSQL/SQL Server, SQL optimization, indexing, performance tuning, and Flyway/Liquibase .
- Strong understanding of system design and architecture , including scalable distributed systems, API design, security, performance, reliability, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, Git, Bitbucket, Artifactory, and CI/CD .
- Experience developing robust automated tests using JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers , and contract testing frameworks.
