A reputable and well-established residential builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager/Foreman to join their team, delivering high-end residential projects across Sydney.
The business specialises in luxury homes, custom new builds and architecturally designed residences , with projects predominantly located across Sydney's Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
- Manage site programmes, sequencing and daily construction activities.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and safety.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Identify and resolve construction issues and coordinate site solutions.
- Manage site documentation, inspections and quality control.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with plans,
specifications and relevant standards.
About You
- Previous experience as a Site Manager/Foreman within residential construction.
- Strong experience delivering luxury homes, custom builds or architecturally designed residential projects .
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and site management.
- Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality finishes.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant construction qualifications and White Card.
