About the Company:

Our client has been established over 30 years,is a diversified business and has a strong focus in development and building delivering residential projects across medium density and detached housing.

About the Position:

Due to growth, an exciting chance exists for an Estimating Manager to join the team in a key leadership role. We are considering candidates from other states that may be open to a relocation to Sunny QLD!

Supporting a large estimating department this role will be responsible for the following

Responsibilities

- Manage workflow across the Sales and Production teams.




- Lead Estimating team recruitment and performance
- Creating master BOQ files
- Approving purchase orders and extra orders to site
- Manage workflow across the deparment
- Contribute to procurement and pricing discussions

Skills and Experience

- 5 years residential estimating experience
- Experience in an Estimating Manager position or similar within a volume builder
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders
- A focus on achieving targets and quality results
- Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications highly regarded
