Metroll is a trusted name in the Australian construction and manufacturing industry, supplying roofing, cladding, rainwater, structural and fencing products across the country. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Minto and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

About the Role

n

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support and ensuring a positive customer experience from enquiry through to order fulfilment.

n

Working closely with the sales, production and operations teams, you will assist customers with product enquiries, quotations, order processing and delivery coordination.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and face to face interactions
n
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Provide product information and support to customers, builders, contractors and trade partners
n
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
n
- Manage customer records and maintain accurate data within company systems
n




- Resolve customer issues and enquiries in a professional and timely manner
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
n
- Assist the sales team with administrative and customer support activities
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, administration or a similar role
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
n
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
n
- Experience within manufacturing, construction, building products or industrial industries will be highly regarded
n
