This role is based in our Sydney office, with influence across Australia.

Responsibilities

- As a senior leader, shape the direction of BG&E;'s Water Infrastructure business.
n
- Lead business development efforts, foster client relationships, and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
n
- Lead tender bids and negotiate commercial terms.
n
- Act as Project Director on major projects and support financial targets and risk mitigation strategies.
n
- Provide national technical leadership and guidance; promote collaboration, innovation, and a strong client focus.

- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement.
