My client is a purpose driven business who service an essential and in demand sector in Australia. They are undergoing a strong period of investment in their systems and finance team for the future

n

This is a newly created role for a commercial sound finance business partner to help shape the future of this forwarding looking FP&A; function, as part of a newly formed and focussed team.

n

You'll create value through making sense of financial and business data, providing insights and in influencing decisions on areas of prospect. The Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in enabling informed decision-making, strengthening financial capability across the organisation,



and ensuring resources are allocated to maximise impact.

n

Whilst also contributing to team and business wide models and support planning and analysis, as well as providing input into key finance policies and processes.

n

About you

n

n
- Relevant tertiary and CA/CPA qualifications
n
- 4+ years experience in a business partnering role with a track record in calling out areas of risk and opportunity
n
- Excel skills including modelling for business cases, scenario analysis or CAPEX
n
- Experience in overseeing repair & maintenance costs are highly regarded
n
- Effective communicator, including written and verbal, and strong stakeholder management skills
n
- Good knowledge of IT and how to derive benefits from these systems
n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
