Your chance

n

As our IT Lead, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our Tier 1 enterprise system (IFS) and integrating it with our HRIS and fabrication (shop-floor) software. This role is central to our growth, and to delivering on our promise: "Engineering. The Way it Should Be."

n

Based at our new Spring Hill head office and reporting to our Chief Financial Officer, you'll own the IT & Systems function for the whole business. You'll draw on your expertise in EAM and complex financial software systems, and your project management know-how, to drive system enhancements that lift operational efficiency across the business.

You'll lead a small internal team, work alongside our Managed Service Providers, and enjoy being surrounded by reliable, innovative colleagues who back each other and strive for excellence.

You'll make an impact by

n

- Overseeing the enhancement and integration of software across M2P Engineering
n
- Leading systems projects, including the enhancement of IFS
n
- Providing technical guidance and leadership, including proper documentation of infrastructure, configurations and processes
n
- Managing stakeholder expectations and keeping projects aligned with business goals
n
- Engaging with vendors for hardware, software and services
n
- Driving IT innovation and efficiency through effective project management and delivery
n
- Creating a long‐term roadmap for the business's technology needs; raising the standard, and making every project better than the last
n

What you'll bring

n

To succeed in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Experience with Tier 1 enterprise systems (IFS, Oracle, SAP, Maximo), IFS preferred
n




- Demonstrated project management experience on large‐scale systems implementations
n
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint
n
- Experience managing server infrastructure on Azure, AWS or similar platforms
n
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver project outcomes
n
- The vision to shape how AI is used across the organisation to deliver automation
n
- Experience leading a small team and managing Managed Service Providers
n

Ideally, you'll also have:

n

n
- A good understanding of finance principles and API integration
n
- Experience in the construction, civil or mechanical engineering sectors
n
- Domain registry expertise and knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server databases
n
- A Bachelor degree (AQF Bachelor or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent recognised experience
n
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Microsoft, ITIL, enterprise systems, project management, security)
n
