North Shore Veterinary Specialist Centre (NSVSC) is seeking an experienced Cardiologist to join and grow our well‐established cardiology service.

NSVSC is a leading 24/7 multidisciplinary referral hospital located on Sydney's North Shore. Our specialists in surgery, internal medicine, anaesthesia, Emergency & Critical Care, exotics, cardiology and oncology work alongside experienced clinicians and highly skilled support staff to deliver exceptional patient care in a truly collaborative environment.

Our purpose‐built facility is equipped to support the highest standard of cardiology care, including:

- Full interventional suite, including pacemaker implantation capacity
n
- In‐house echocardiography (dedicated GE Vivid SN60 ultrasound), ECG and Holter monitoring
n
- Comprehensive diagnostic imaging — a 128‐slice GE CT scanner and a Siemens 1.5T MRI
n
- Digital X‐ray, fluoroscopy and endoscopy
n
- Fully equipped in‐house laboratory (biochemistry, haematology and blood gas)
n

About the Role

n

As a senior Cardiologist, you'll help manage an established service with a 30‐year legacy at NSVSC. You'll provide consults, echocardiography and interventional cardiac procedures across a diverse referral caseload,



working closely with our Internal Medicine, Surgery and Critical Care teams.

n

This role is shaped for weekdays only, no typical weekend required. There will be some requirement for on‐call availability for urgent cases, compensated with an appropriate call‐in fee.

About you

n

n
- Diplomate status (ACVIM Cardiology, ECVIM‐CA Cardiology, FANZCVS or equivalent)
n
- Eligibility for veterinary registration in New South Wales
n
- A passion for mentoring, collaboration and delivering exceptional patient care
n
- A desire to lead and grow an established cardiology service
n
