We're looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Campbeltown area, supporting older people through a mix of personal care, domestic assistance, and social support.

n

This role offers approximately 12-15 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with opportunities for additional hours as they become available.

About the Role

n

You'll support older people to continue living safely and independently in their own homes while remaining active and connected within their community.

n

Your day may include:

n

n
- Personal care, including showering, dressing and hygiene support
n
- Domestic assistance such as light cleaning, laundry and general household tasks
n
- Social support, companionship and community access
n




- Transporting or accompanying clients to appointments and activities
n
- Building genuine, respectful relationships with clients
n

n

What You Bring

n

n
- A genuine passion for supporting older people
n
- A caring, respectful, and reliable approach
n
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Experience in personal care
n
- Willingness to support or learn domestic assistance tasks
n
- Ability to work independently in the community
n
- Current NSW Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Experience providing personal care
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
n
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Smartphone for rostering and communication
n

n

Desirable (but not essential)

n

n
- Ability to speak Vietnamese
n
- Certificate III (or higher) in Aged Care, Individual Support or Community Services
n
- Experience providing personal care, domestic assistance and social support
n
