Your new roleWe are seeking highly-skilled and energetic Salesforce Developers (Mid – Senior Level) to join the team. This exciting opportunity will have you working as part of a dynamicand passionate team.

What you'll need to succeed

n

n
- Experience in Salesforce platform using specifically Velocity, Apex, LWC, Ominiscripts, Flexcards. Integration procedure and DataRaptors.
n
- Experience working with OOP, frameworks & design patterns.
n
- Experience in building and working with integration (example REST APIs, Platform Events).
n
- Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Ominstudio Developer certified.
n
- Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Health Cloud implementations.
n
- Experience working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & package based development.
n

Desirable Criteria

n





The appointee will have:Salesforce certifications – Salesforce Certified Platform Developer with extensive experience Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevantexperience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training

Knowledge and Skills

- 2. Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to prepare transparent Salesforce documentation andsolution recommendations, along with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and externalstakeholders
n
- 3. Demonstrated experience in using Agile methodologies to successfully deliver Salesforce projects
n
- 4. Sound understanding and experience in developing custom solutions with the Salesforce Platform (Apex,Visual Force Pages, Lightning)
n
- 5. Proven experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems
n
- 6. Highly developed planning and organisational skills, with experience establishing priorities, implementing improvements and meeting deadlines
n
- 7. Demonstrated analytical, research and problem solving skills and the ability to identify and recommend solutions to challenging issues
n
- 8. The proven ability to lead and develop staff with experience in creating high-performance and collaborative teams
