Job Description
John Paul College is currently seeking applications from passionate and dedicated Supply/Relief Teachers who are looking to join our vibrant team on a casual basis during term time in 2026.
n
We have opportunities across all year levels at the College, including
n
n
- Primary School (experience sought in all primary year levels including kindergarten, prep and years one to six),
n
- Secondary School (Years seven to twelve and all secondary subject areas), and
n
- John Paul International College (Secondary).
n
n
The dedicated Supply/Relief Teachers at JPC play a key role in maintaining continuity of education during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and supported in their learning journey across our dynamic school environment.
n

We're seeking qualified teachers who are:

- Passionate about teaching and committed to fostering a love of learning in our students,

- Skilled in building positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues,

- Committed to creating nurturing, engaging learning environments.

What You'll Bring:
n
Essential Requirements for these roles include:
n
n
- Queensland Teacher Registration (QCT)
n
- Solid teaching background with strong knowledge of the Australian Curriculum
n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Confidence using ICT and digital learning tools
n
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with students of all ages
n
- Commitment to supporting the values and ethos of John Paul College
n
- Classroom management skills appropriate for your preferred year levels
n
- IB teaching experience for Teachers in the Primary Years (desirable but not essential)
n
