Plaza Family Health in Mt Sheridan Plaza provide an extensive range of healthcare services. The doctors provide a variety of services, from general family medicine, vaccinations, minor surgery, men's health, women's health, child health and sports medicine.

About the Role

n

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our team on a Part Time basis (3 days per week). GP experience is preferred but not essential.

n

Our ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, a caring nature, high level communication skills and attention to detail.

n

The Practice Nurse will:

n

Be willing to learn and work as a team to provide culturally appropriate assessments, therapeutic and education services for clients with chronic disease as required

n

Participate in Quality Improvement Activities

n





Adhere to relevant professional Code of Ethics guidelines

n

Assist with a range of duties such as; Triaging patients, Immunisations, Wound care and Health assessments

n

About You

n

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential

n

Flexibility and willingness to work a range of shifts

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

n
