The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O;) enables ASX to run better. This is through improving customer experiences and interactions, delivering simplified processes and services, integrated delivery planning and capability, and driving consistency of standards. The Enterprise Enablement team within EC&O; is responsible for providing enterprise capabilities and frameworks, that enable and govern change, transformation, delivery, strategy execution, customer products, data management, process mapping, adoption of AI and oversight of the Group Services Agreement. Enterprise Enablement Services provides enterprise-wide capabilities that enable ASX to execute strategy, meet regulatory obligations and operate more effectively.

Responsibilities





- Enable ECO teams by understanding their business challenge and providing low tech tooling to support better data and insights for decision making and efficiency.
- Analyse data, metrics, and performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and manage regular reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed about the performance, progress, risks, and issues (Enterprise Enablement wide support).
- Create and manage data models in order to connect various data sources and drive insights.
- Deliver insights to facilitate continuous improvement practises across ECO and better align with the ASX strategies.
- Support key functions across Enterprise Customer & Operations (EC&O;) with reporting standard uplift.
- Contribute to JIRA standards program and JIRA/Confluence uplift Engage constructively with stakeholders and communicate clearly and proactively to support alignment and effective outcomes.
- Contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture by role-modelling ASX values and actively breaking down silos.
- Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolve issues and improve end-to-end enterprise outcomes.
- Engage with Enterprise Customer & Operations and cross-divisional peers to support delivery, coordination and execution outcomes.
- Undertake other activities reasonably required to support the effective operation of the Enterprise Enablement function.

Requirements

- Must have Tertiary qualification in a technical discipline and industry experience analysing real world data.
- Experience with data manipulation, business intelligence platforms, and visualisation tools.
- A talent for drawing meaning from complex data and the ability to deliver those insights to stakeholders with clarity.
- Knowledge of Prince2 methodology
- Experience with data manipulation,



business intelligence platforms, and visualization tools.
- Nice to have Knowledge of the Australian financial market environment.
- Experience in a PMO/EPMO function
- Data Visualization experience (Tableau / PowerBI)
- Exploratory Data Analysis using Python/R
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
