We are seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to drive the implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platfom for a key client. You will bridge the gap between business strategy, member experience, and technology delivery to drive seamless solution design, aligned business processes, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

- Lead project execution from discovery and design through build, integration, testing, go-live within scope, budget, and timeframe.

Business & CX Transformation

- Partner closely with Member Services, Employer Relations, Marketing, and Contact Centre leaders to ensure the CRM platform transforms member journeys, retention workflows, and operational efficiency.





Governance & Stakeholder Engagement

- Establish project governance, risk mitigation strategies, and status reporting frameworks.

Agile / Hybrid Delivery Leadership

- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and release planning to ensure consistent delivery momentum and high quality.

Key Requirements & Experience

- Demonstrated delivery experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations or major upgrades.
- Proven experience delivering complex projects within the Superannuation, Wealth Management, or Banking sectors
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with a track record of building trust across executive leadership and business operational teams.
- Solid command of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Open to either Melbourne OR Sydney candidates.
