Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated signage all‐rounder to join our growing team.

n

This hands‐on role involves the manufacture, assembly and on‐site installation of custom signs & 3D signage. Duties include painting, fabrication, LED wiring, final assembly and installing completed signage at customer sites.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Preparing and finishing signage components
n
- 2Pac spray painting and general paintwork
n
- Assembling 3D letters and illuminated signage
n
- LED wiring and installation within signage products
n
- Installing signage at customer sites
n
- Measuring, positioning and securely fixing signage to various surfaces
n
- Using ladders, elevated work platforms and access equipment where required
n
- Loading, transporting and unloading signage and installation equipment
n
- General fabrication and workshop duties
n
- Conducting quality control and final product inspections
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop and worksite
n
- Assisting with packing and dispatch when required
n




- Following workplace health and safety procedures in the workshop and on‐site
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Experience with 2Pac or industrial spray painting
n
- Experience in signage installation, construction, shopfitting or a similar hands‐on role
n
- Knowledge of signage fabrication or similar manufacturing work preferred
n
- Basic understanding of LED wiring and electrical assembly
n
- Ability to safely and confidently use hand and power tools
n
- Ability to take accurate measurements and complete installations to a high standard
n
- Comfortable working at heights and carrying out physically active work (incl certs/tickets)
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Reliable, punctual and motivated attitude
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Construction White Card
n
