We are a fast paced, fast growing business that is looking for a skilled, experienced, energetic and self-driven Installer. Great opportunity to join a motivated team, positive working environment and assist with installing our range of storage solutions.

Install work:

n

Travel to sites to install and deliver Lockers, Custom Joinery, Furniture and Shelving.

n

Install work will be mostly in Melbourne Metro, but including Country Victoria, and Interstate Clients.

n

Attend inductions on building sites when necessary.

n

Ensure you have floor plans and delivery dockets before leaving warehouse.

n

Maintain Clean/Tidy and Safe working conditions on Site – always remove all rubbish that we are responsible for.

n

Responsible for tools / hardware and materials on site

n

Email/ message staff with phone messages if you are unable to help a customer or resolve their inquiry.

n

Most important: Listen to the Customers' Requirements and pay diligent attention to Detail and become used to reporting back in writing.

n

Obtain Final Sign off from Clients

n

Complete Checklists on jobs

n

Return Spares and unused materials to Stock on return for site on the day or latest next day.

n

Upon return each day, clear the van of product or rubbish and assist to load the following days items.

n

Any problems on site to be reported directly to Ops Manager

n





Clock On and Off on simPRO for each job and upload relevant information upon completion of job.

n

Photos to be taken and emailed to the office.

n

Experience

n

Previous experience in locker and joinery installation

n

Construction Industry Whitecard

n

Ability to read and interpret drawings

n

Joinery knowledge and understanding

n

High quality standards when installing

n

Experience in understanding floor plans

n

Keep a Salesman's attitude in your mind when on site. Always be looking for repeat or follow on business.

n

Team Player – able to communicate and relate to the whole team

n

Site measures and drawings

n

Excellent hand skills

n

Uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies and procedures

n

Positive attitude and "can-do" mentality

n

A full set of our own tools

n

Installing experience on commercial sites

n

Proven experience in joinery (commercial preferable)

n

Preference a MR licence but not essential

n

Communication

n

Attend Daily – meeting to plan day/week ahead.

n

Ability to responsibly make phone or message contact with the office during the day.

n

Computer/Smart phone literate

n

Use Simpro - job tracking app on the phone for each job.

n

Use Swag App for clocking in and out each day

n

Use Whatsapp for internal communications

n
