About the Role As Store Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional retail experience by:

- Leading, coaching and developing a passionate retail team
n
- Creating a welcoming setting where customers receive expert advice and personalised service
n
- Driving sales growth while maintaining a premium customer experience
n
- Sharing product knowledge and creating engaging conversations around premium wines and spirits
n
- Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their preferences
n
- Managing day-to-day store operations, including stock, labour and compliance
n
- Ensuring the store is presented to the highest standard
n
- Creating a positive,

About You
n You'll be someone who:

- Has experience leading a team within premium retail, liquor, hospitality or another customer-focused environment

- Has a genuine passion for wine, whisky and premium products, with strong product knowledge highly regarded
n
- Enjoys engaging with customers, providing expert recommendations and creating memorable experiences
n
- Has strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team
n
- Is commercially minded and motivated by achieving results
n
- Takes pride in presentation, service standards and attention to detail
n
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
n
- Wants to grow with a business that is investing in its future
