Showroom Leader – Brisbane

n We're looking for an experienced and passionate Showroom Leader to support our Brisbane team, drive store performance, and create an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

About the Role

n

As a Showroom Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Brisbane store. You will lead, coach and inspire a small team while ensuring the store consistently delivers exceptional customer service, operational excellence and commercial results.
n This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be equally comfortable helping a customer choose luggage for a Cape York trip, mentoring team members, analysing store performance, or jumping in to solve operational challenges.

- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock management processes.

- Build strong relationships with customers and the local riding community.

- Identify opportunities to improve processes and business performance.

- Experience within the motorcycle, automotive, outdoor adventure or powersports industry.

- Knowledge of adventure motorcycles, riding gear, luggage, accessories and touring equipment.

- Experience building strong workplace cultures and developing future leaders.
