We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Building Supervisor to oversee day‐to‐day site operations across multiple housing projects. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily on‐site construction activities
n
- Coordinate and schedule trades, deliveries, and subcontractors
n
- Ensure all work is completed to company standards and building codes
n
- Monitor project timelines and progress
n
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits
n
- Resolve on‐site issues promptly to avoid delays
n
- Communicate effectively with trades, suppliers, and internal teams
n
- Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
n

About You
n
n
- Previous experience as a Building Supervisor (residential preferred)
n
- Solid knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and OH&S; requirements
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
n
- Strong communication and leadership skills
n
- Trade qualification or building/construction background preferred
