Job Description

Belgravia Leisure in Moonee Ponds seeks a Venue Manager to lead a seasonal pool operation, delivering an outstanding customer experience and managing the centre, staff and community relations.

You will develop plans with the leadership team, drive safety, budget and KPIs, and lead recruitment and staff development. This is a 6‐month casual contract with potential to extend into summer and beyond.
