Southern Pacific Sands is a leading supplier of quality washed silica sand, bio – retention filtration medium, soil products and quality ready mixed concrete, servicing Brisbane and Southeast Queensland.

Southern Pacific Sands / SPS Quality Concrete is currently seeking reliable and experienced Concrete Agitator Truck Drivers for an immediate start at our Ningi or Caloundra plant.

n

This is a full time position, working Monday to Saturday, with early starts between 4:00am and 6:00am. Shifts can be up to 10+ hours per day, with half-days typically worked on Saturdays.

Role Requirements:

n

n
- Operating and maintaining a concrete Agi truck, both standard and mini
n
- Communicate professionally with customers
n
- Performing pre start checks and ensure safety standards are adhered to
n
- Ensuring concrete is delivered to specification
n
- Physical fitness to perform the role
n

n

Skills and Experience:

n

n
- High level of commitment to safe work practices
n
- HRDriver's licence
n
- Possess a clean driving record
n
- Experience driving heavy rigid trucks a must
n
- White Card (or Blue Card) - construction induction
n
- Experience driving an agitator will be advantageous but not necessary
n
- Strong willingness to learn
n
- Pass a pre-employment medical
n
