The Nitty Gritty

n

Reporting to the HR Manager, as a Senior HR Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing expert People & Culture guidance across our mining operations. From employee relations and performance management to workforce planning, remuneration, workplace conduct, and policy advice, you'll help leaders navigate complex people matters while driving a culture of performance, accountability, and engagement.

What you Bring:

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
n
- Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
n
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and enterprise agreements, with the ability to interpret and apply them confidently
n
- Experience in a Senior HR or Advisory role within mining or heavy industry (desirable)
n
- Exposure to enterprise agreement negotiations (desirable)
n
- High proficiency in MS Office and other business systems
n
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to work
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
n
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and support key stakeholders
n
- Confidence to challenge the status quo and drive better outcomes
n

Tritton Operations

Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales. Commencing production in 2005, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production.

Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, weare are transitioning to a 'hub-and-spoke' model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.
