The Opportunity

n

This role will see you embedded within a major project team on a large‐scale commercial or residential development in Sydney. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of key work packages and play a pivotal role in driving programme, cost, quality and compliance outcomes.

n

This is an prospect for a proven Project Engineer ready to step into a senior capacity — or an existing Senior Project Engineer seeking a Tier 2 platform with genuine long‐term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Managing and coordinating complex structural and services packages
n




- Driving programme and sequencing outcomes in line with head contract requirements
n
- Overseeing subcontractor procurement and performance
n
- Managing design coordination and resolving technical challenges
n
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality and environmental standards
n
- Supporting commercial outcomes including variations and forecasting
n
- Mentoring junior engineers within the team
n

About You

n

n
- 6–10+ years' experience within a recognised commercial builder
n
- Strong technical capability across structures and building services
n
- Sound understanding of contracts and commercial management
n
