We are currently recruiting for an exciting Care Manager opportunity with a well-established and highly regarded for-profit aged care provider on the Central Coast.

n

The Opportunity

n

As Care Manager, you will work closely alongside the Facility Manager and a fellow Care Manager to lead clinical excellence across the service.

Reporting structure

n

Facility Manager → 2x Care Managers → Registered Nurses & Care Team

n

You will play a key role in:

n

n
- Leading and supporting the clinical team to deliver high-quality resident care
n
- Driving best practice clinical standards and positive resident outcomes
n
- Supporting compliance,



documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Coaching and mentoring staff to achieve their full potential
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
n
- Minimum 1 year experience in an aged care leadership position
n
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care standards
n
- A passion for developing teams and improving resident outcomes
n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
