General Manager
n Multi-Business Group – Totally Workwear (Dubbo + Tamworth + Gunnedah), Rhino Promotions, Cattle Farm & Agritourism

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our growing family-owned business group in the Dubbo region.

n

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing our expanding operations across retail, promotions, agriculture, and tourism.

n

We have ambitious growth plans for the future and are seeking a strong leader who will guide our core businesses through the next exciting stage.

n

About Our Group

n

n
- Three Totally Workwear stores Dubbo, Tamworth & Gunnedah (embroidery, heat transfers, screen printing & apparel + Safety)
n
- Rhino Promotions (promotional products)
n
- Active working cattle farm (No experience necessary, management of staff only)
n
- New agritourism venture (guest accommodation and farm experiences)
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide overall strategic and operational leadership across all businesses
n
- Manage, mentor and develop a team of 25+ staff across multiple locations
n
- Drive sales, profitability, and business growth
n
- Oversee day-to-day operations, inventory, marketing, and customer service standards
n
- Ensure compliance with retail, employment.
n
- Assist with the expansion of the Totally Workwear sector of our business as we expand into new areas.
n




- Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
n
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting
n
- Implement systems and processes to support continued expansion
n

n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar senior leadership role
n
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience managing 25+ staff across multiple sites (essential)
n
- Robust customer service and relationship management experience (essential)
n
- Demonstrated success in retail, trade, hospitality, or agribusiness
n
- Solid financial and commercial acumen
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
n
- Full Australian driver's licence
n
- Experience in rural or regional business operations highly regarded
n
