Job Description

Workpac Group on behalf of a mining client near Blackwater, Queensland, is seeking an experienced HR officer for a 3-month assignment with a Monday–Friday roster and a shorter Friday finish. The role focuses on HR advisory, recruitment and workforce administration across the employee lifecycle.

You will maintain records in SuccessFactors, respond to HR queries, support ER matters and participate in HR initiatives including EBA and remuneration framework work, contributing to secure, efficient site
