n KIN Finance is on the lookout for an experienced, motivated, and values-driven Mortgage Broker to join our growing team in Collingwood.

n

This is a commission-only role, perfect for a broker who thrives on results, wants access to warm leads, and is ready to be backed by a team of high-performing property and finance professionals.

n

You'll guide clients through the lending process, understand their needs, and deliver tailored mortgage solutions. Your day-to-day will include:

- Assessing client finances & recommending the right loan options
n
- Negotiating with lenders to secure the best outcomes
n




- Managing applications from submission to settlement
n
- Building lasting relationships with clients & referral partners
n
- Ensuring compliance and attention to detail in every transaction
n

About You

n

Are you someone who's:

n

n
- Experienced in mortgage broking or recently completed a Finance & Mortgage Broking Diploma
n
- Driven, detail-focused, and goal-oriented
n
- Great at communication & building rapport
n
- Tech savvy with aggregator platforms and Microsoft Office
n
- MFAA/FBAA membership & Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willing to obtain)
